ICT for Development in Cameroon
Ready to explore the forefront of innovation? Join us as we dive deep into emerging technologies, industry trends, and practical applications.TDLI started in February 2023. So far, We have reached over 25 youths. We provide digital literacy to local communities through its outlets (offline and online). Our vision aligns with that of ITU (International Telecommunications Union Africa Region Initiative 2023-2025) to digitally educate youths (especially less privileged) both in crisis and non-crisis situation. This includes the following modules:

Building trust, safety and security in the use of telecommunications/ICT and protection of personal data

IT Support for organization that would not normally afford an IT professional

Implementation and expansion of broadband infrastructures, connectivity and emerging technologies

ICT4D Teaching digital literacy to deserved and undeserved communities. Providing low-cost internet solutions to remote areas. Networking services on a cheap Minor maintenance of computers periodically. Provision of computers and IT equipment to partner organizations interested in carrying ICT4D. IT Support for organization that would not normally afford an IT professional.
Why are you interested in training mostly girls?
Training mostly girls in ICT4D is part of our commitment to promoting gender equality and empowering marginalized communities. We recognize that girls and women often face unique challenges and barriers when it comes to accessing and benefiting from technology. By focusing on training girls in ICT4D, we aim to bridge the digital gender divide and create equal opportunities for all.
